What should I bring for my first visit?+
Any previous X-rays, MRI/CT reports, prescriptions and a list of the medicines you take. If you were injured recently, come as you are — digital X-ray is available at the clinic.
Can I get an X-ray or blood test without seeing the doctor?+
Yes, with a prescription from a registered doctor. X-ray, blood tests, ECG, pharmacy and physiotherapy are open 7 AM to 10 PM Monday to Saturday and 7 AM to 1 PM on Sunday.
How do I see my prescription and reports?+
Sign in under "My Records" with your mobile number and the one-time code we send you. Prescriptions, reports, bills and certificates appear there once they are signed.
Do you treat children?+
Yes — paediatric fractures and paediatric orthopaedic problems are treated at the clinic, and a paediatrician consults in the multispeciality OPD by appointment.
Is physiotherapy available on the same day?+
Usually, yes. Physiotherapy works the full clinic hours, so your plan can start right after the consultation.
